BADUNG, DEWATA.NEWS – A foreign national identified by the initials TS, from Uzbekistan, was seriously injured in a motorbike accident on the Bali Mandara Toll Road on Wednesday, 3 December. Authorities suspect the victim suffered a severe head injury.

According to Acting Head of Unit VI Sat PJR Ditlantas Polda Bali, Iptu I Gede Agus Sudiatmika, the incident occurred at around 10:00 WITA. The victim, who had been staying at a hotel on Jalan Siligita in South Kuta, was riding a motorbike from the Nusa Dua–Denpasar direction when he suddenly fell. The cause of the fall has not yet been determined.

“The location was just after the Nusa Dua toll gate heading toward Denpasar,” Iptu Agus said.

Upon receiving the report, officers immediately arrived at the scene to secure the area and coordinate with Jasa Marga’s medical team. An ambulance arrived shortly afterward, and the victim was evacuated to Prof. Ngoerah General Hospital in Denpasar for emergency treatment.

“The case has been handed over to the Traffic Unit of Denpasar Police,” he added.
