BULELENG, DEWATA.NEWS – Four international cruise ships made official calls at Celukan Bawang Port in North Bali throughout February 2026, according to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) Regional 3, Celukan Bawang Branch.

Of the four vessels, three docked at the port’s berth, while one anchored offshore in the designated anchorage area.

The ships that berthed at the dock were Seven Seas Explorer on Feb 11, Riviera on Feb 20, and Azamara Pursuit on Feb 21. Meanwhile, Celebrity Millennium anchored in the port’s anchorage area on Feb 24 without docking at the pier.

In total, the port recorded 7,008 passenger and crew movements during February, consisting of 4,385 international tourists and 2,623 crew members.

General Manager of Pelindo Regional 3 Celukan Bawang, Mochammad Imron, said the consistent arrival of cruise ships reflects growing international confidence in Celukan Bawang as a gateway to North Bali tourism.

“The achievement of four cruise ship visits with a total of 7,008 people throughout February 2026 is the result of strong synergy among all port stakeholders. Pelindo is committed to ensuring cruise services run safely, smoothly, and in accordance with operational standards, while also contributing positively to regional economic and tourism growth,” Imron said.

Port operations for cruise arrivals were conducted in coordination with multiple authorities, including the Harbormaster and Port Authority (KSOP), Immigration, Customs, Health Quarantine, the Indonesian Navy, Water Police, and shipping agents, to ensure security and operational efficiency while vessels were in Celukan Bawang waters.

Pelindo Celukan Bawang stated it will continue improving port services and infrastructure readiness to support further growth in cruise traffic and strengthen connectivity for North Bali destinations.
