BADUNG, DEWATA.NEWS – The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali hosted its annual “Celebrate Women” event on April 24, 2026, bringing together more than 300 participants to reflect on women’s roles in modern life and promote wellbeing and empowerment.
Held at the Bali International Convention Centre, the event carried the theme “Between Work, Life, and Empowerment,” marking both Kartini Day and broader discussions on women’s development across personal and professional spheres.
Participants included guests, business partners, community members, media representatives, and key opinion leaders, creating an inclusive space for dialogue and shared experiences.
Representing the resort’s management, Executive Assistant Manager Bagus Ardana emphasized the importance of fostering meaningful conversations and inclusive environments.
“We remain committed to creating spaces that support wellbeing, inclusivity, and meaningful dialogue,” he said.
Three Perspectives on Growth and Identity
A central feature of the event was a talk show session moderated by Mely Munial, featuring three speakers from diverse backgrounds.
Public figure and sociopreneur Cinta Laura Kiehl highlighted the importance of persistence and trusting life’s process.
“Every challenge should be faced with belief and consistency,” she said.
Filmmaker and founder of The Rahayu Project, Maria Mutiara, encouraged participants to embrace authenticity and recognize individuality as a strength.
Wellbeing advocate Ardani Hardy added perspectives on emotional awareness, self-acceptance, and navigating life with mindfulness.
Together, the discussion emphasized key themes of self-acceptance, personal growth, and resilience.
Beyond Discussion: Community and Creativity
The event also featured 24 curated booths showcasing local small businesses, including women-led enterprises and lifestyle products. Participants engaged with various interactive activities, reinforcing the event’s focus on empowerment and collaboration.
A fashion show by Cap Bali presented 10 collections blending traditional Balinese elements with contemporary design.
Additional activities included prize draws, partner giveaways, and a Best Dress segment, contributing to a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.

Over time, “Celebrate Women” has evolved into a platform for discussions on ambition, identity, and wellbeing, reflecting growing interest in empowerment initiatives in Bali.
