TABANAN, DEWATA.NEWSNuanu Creative City has received the official results of a licensing review conducted by the Bali Provincial Civil Service Police (Satpol PP), confirming that all permits submitted by the development are complete and compliant with regional and national regulations.

The assessment covers the entire Nuanu area, including the Luna Beach Club, which recently came under scrutiny for alleged violations.

Concerns were raised earlier when the Spatial Planning, Assets, and Licensing Special Committee (Pansus TRAP) of the Bali Regional Legislative Council (DPRD Bali) conducted an inspection and suspected that parts of Luna Beach Club’s pool structure, located near a cliff, might be in violation of building regulations.

Nuanu management clarified that their existing Building Approval (PBG) confirms that this section of the property also meets legal requirements.

Senior Legal Officer of Nuanu Creative City, Gede Wahyu Hariyanto, expressed appreciation for the cooperation extended by government authorities.

“We appreciate the clarity and collaboration provided by DPRD Bali, particularly Pansus TRAP and Satpol PP Bali,” he said in a written statement on Monday, 8 December 2025.

Nuanu management previously attended a summons from the Bali Provincial Satpol PP on 20 October 2025 to submit all required licensing documents. The final inspection report was handed over by Bali Satpol PP Chief I Dewa Nyoman Rai Dharmadi on 4 December 2025.

According to the written statement, Dharmadi affirmed that Nuanu Creative City operates in full compliance with legal, spatial planning, and administrative requirements at both provincial and national levels. The results have also been forwarded to Pansus TRAP for follow-up.

Ida Ayu Astari Prada, Director of Communications at Nuanu Creative City, reiterated the development’s commitment to adhering to regulatory processes.

“Regulatory compliance is not merely a formality, it is part of our responsibility to the community, visitors, and investors,” she stated.
